With the objective of making students corporate-ready, another unique initiative of KIM
is the Integrated Learning Environment (ILE), where senior faculty members mentor
individual students as per their needs for overall personality development.
We conduct various workshops and seminars, and ensure individual attention.
All these initiatives are undertaken by our training & placement cell.
Business Immersion
- Business Immersion (BI) at KIM is a crucial part of the educational experience, aiming to connect academia with industry.
- Student interns undergo a three-month rigorous program in various companies after completing the 3rd semester.
- BI simulates a real work environment, providing students with exposure to technical and social skills while interacting with professionals.
- Key stakeholders including KIM's Director, Dean of Academics, BI Faculty Coordinator, Placement Executive, student representatives for placements(PRs), and the PGDM office ensure proper coordination and smooth conduct of BI.
- Faculty and companies play pivotal roles in monitoring and guiding student interns to successfully complete BI.
